Points to cashback
• 100 points = RM1 cashback
• Cashback is automatically applied at checkout (subject to the maximum allowed per order)

Points validity
• Points earned in a calendar year are valid until 31 December of the following year
Example:
Points earned in 2026 will expire on 31 December 2027
We recommend using your points before expiry so you don’t miss out.
Important Notes
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points cannot be transferred to another account
• Cashback redemption is capped per order to ensure fair use.
• Duoffe reserves the right to update the loyalty programme from time to time.
